The following are the Terms and Conditions that govern the use of the HB Tickets AB website. When you request or purchase tickets from or through HB Tickets AB, regardless of the distribution point (internet, phone or in person), you expressly confirm that you have fully read the 'Terms' and that you agree to abide by and be bound by the HB Tickets AB's Terms and Conditions.

We need client personal information to provide tickets on time. We keep your personal details up to 30 days after the booked event. We are not sharing your personal details with 3rd parties.

1. About HB Tickets AB

HB Tickets AB is a reliable and secure online primary and secondary marketplace for buying and / or selling tickets. The tickets we offer are owned, priced, fulfilled and shipped by HB Tickets AB. Occasionally may include professional ticket brokers and individual sellers. Once HB Tickets AB confirms your order, it guarantees the tickets according to the terms of the HB Tickets AB Guarantee.

2. All Sales are Final

When ordering tickets, it is your responsibility to verify the event date, time and other specifics prior to the event. Please make sure that the tickets you order are for the correct event and event date. Also, order tickets only after you are certain you want them. All sales are final, and you cannot cancel your order, change or exchange your tickets if you order incorrectly, if you change your mind or if you are unable to attend the event. We do not provide refunds, cancellations or exchanges once the order is submitted to us.

3. Order Processing & Confirmation

Ticket Request

Immediately after you submit your request for tickets on one of our distribution points (website, on the phone, or personally in our office) HB Tickets AB will begin the process of seeking to secure the requested tickets. If you place your ticket request online, you will receive an Order Summary email notifying you that we have received your request.  

Order Confirmation

Once we secure the requested tickets at the price you have agreed to and as soon as we confirm your order, we will charge your credit card the full purchase price (ticket price, service charge, applicable tax and shipping) and you will receive an Order Confirmation email that includes your invoice number and shipping information. When HB Tickets AB charges your credit card and sends you the Order Confirmation email, your order is protected according to the terms of our HB Tickets AB Guarantee. We will then ship your tickets or notify you when the tickets are ready to ship.

Unable to Confirm Tickets

If we are unable to confirm your ticket request, you will receive an email or phone call to notify you that your order could not be confirmed. You are responsible for checking your email, including your SPAM filter, for order information from HB Tickets AB.

4. Ticket Prices

All ticket prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK). We do not guarantee that you will be able to purchase all the ticket listed for the prices printed on them, as some of the ticket prices are set by our suppliers and are subject to change at any time, without notice, until we charge your credit card. The price you pay may be substantially higher than face value. All ticket purchases are assessed a service charge; a shipping fee (if applicable).

5. Guarantee & Return Policy

HB Tickets AB Guarantee

Once your order is confirmed HB Tickets AB guarantees that:

• Your tickets will be authentic.

• Your tickets will be delivered on time for your event.

• Your tickets will be as good as or better than the ones you ordered.

• You will receive a refund if the event is canceled and not rescheduled.

If an event is canceled and not rescheduled HB Tickets AB will provide a refund for the amount you paid for the tickets. Shipping charges are not refundable. If part of an event is canceled we are unable to offer refunds. If your event is postponed or rescheduled, and your same tickets are honored for the rescheduled event date or venue, we are unable to offer refunds. If your event is cut short or partially canceled, we are unable to offer refunds. If a cancellation causes new tickets to be issued for an event HB Tickets AB will refund your payment for the tickets, minus shipping.

Refund Request

In order to process a refund, HB Tickets AB must receive a completed refund request email from you within five (5) business days from the date of the event. Once we receive your request, a HB Tickets AB representative will contact you.

Ticket Return Requirements

If you received your tickets, but you are claiming a refund under the HB Tickets AB Guarantee, you should always return your tickets to HB Tickets AB in the manner and by the deadline requested by the HB Tickets AB representative. If your event is canceled in advance of its scheduled date and is eligible for the HB Tickets AB Guarantee, you must also return your tickets to HB Tickets AB so that HB Tickets AB receives them within five (10 business days of the announcement of the event Be sure to return your tickets using a reliable carrier or certified mail that can provide you with a proof of delivery and make sure we get them on time.

Order Problem, Contact Us

We value our customers; therefore, communicating any problems as quickly as possible with HB Tickets AB helps our chances of solving any problems you encounter. If the tickets on your confirmed order are not received before the event, please contact us immediately. HB Tickets AB will work with the seller to deliver the tickets to you. If the tickets or acceptable substitutes cannot be delivered prior to the event, then HB Tickets AB will refund 100% of your payment for the undelivered tickets. If the tickets on your confirmed order are deemed invalid and not honored by the venue, please contact us immediately. HB Tickets AB will attempt to procure replacement tickets for the event. If acceptable substitutes cannot be delivered for the event, HB Tickets AB will refund 100% of your payment for the disabled tickets. If the tickets you receive are not as good as or better than the ones you ordered, please contact us immediately. HB Tickets AB at its sole discretion will determine whether tickets meet the criteria and if they do not, HB Tickets AB will work with you to exchange tickets where practical (we provide a shipping label to return initial tickets and then ship you replacement tickets). At HB Tickets ABs' discretion we may choose to simply refund 100% of your payment for the tickets, if the tickets are returned in the manner we request.

6. Shipping and Ticket Delivery

Shipping Procedures

Your tickets will be delivered via the delivery option you selected on your order, as soon as the tickets are available to ship to a valid address you provide. Your address should be a location where UPS, DHL FedEx or domestic mail tracking service can safely leave your tickets. Tickets are only shipped on business days, not on weekends and holidays. HB Tickets AB is not responsible for UPS, DHL, FedEx delivery delays. HB Tickets AB does not require a signature on delivery; you must notify us in writing when ordering if you want us to require a signature. If for any reason your tickets are returned to us by UPS, DHL or FedEx, we will attempt to contact you to get an alternate address. If you are not available or if you refuse delivery of your tickets, we have the right, but not the obligation, to resell the tickets.

Check your Tickets

Please check your tickets carefully once they are delivered to you. If the tickets are different from what you ordered you must notify HB Tickets AB within 24 hours of receiving your tickets and before your event. It is your responsibility to keep the tickets you purchase safe. HB Tickets AB cannot replace tickets if they are lost, stolen, left at home / work, or damaged.

Ticket Pick-Up & Delivery

If for some reason we cannot ship your tickets, or your order requires on site pick up, a HB Tickets AB representative will contact you to provide details on how to deliver the tickets. Additional charges may apply for any special delivery options.

7. Special Ticket Type: Ticket Reservation

HB Tickets AB offers Ticket Reservations for certain events; which guarantees a ticket within the listed parameters. HB Tickets AB may not own that ticket when you pay, but we will secure a ticket from our network of suppliers to fulfill your order. Ticket Reservations are only guaranteed in pairs regardless of how many tickets you purchase. Ticket Reservations are protected under our HB Tickets AB Guarantee. If we fail to deliver the tickets ordered on your Ticket Reservation, we will return a sum equal to 100% of any payments for the undelivered tickets. HB Tickets AB reserves the right to upgrade or downgrade the tickets on your Ticket Reservation. There will be no additional cost to you for upgraded tickets, and we will contact you to verify that any upgraded or downgraded tickets are suitable. If you do not want the downgraded tickets you can request a 100% refund under the terms of the HB Tickets AB Guarantee. Once your credit card is charged for a Ticket Reservation you cannot cancel.

8. Credit Card Purchases

HB Tickets AB may require from you to provide additional proof of your identity on certain orders before we can proceed with the order. Credit card purchases do not grant any variances from our Terms and Conditions and you are still responsible for complying with our Terms and Conditions. Any attempt to defraud HB Tickets AB may result in legal and criminal action brought against you.

9. Event Dates & Times Subject to Change

Event dates and times printed on the ticket, or in any correspondence from HB Tickets AB, are always subject to change. It is your responsibility to check with the event sponsor and venue for possible changes of date and time prior to the event. In addition, certain events may have a minimum age requirement to attend and it is your responsibility to confirm age eligibility for attendees prior to purchase.

10. Typographical Errors or Inaccuracies

HB Tickets AB makes no assurances that this site will be error-free, uninterrupted, that any defects will be corrected, or that your use of our website will provide specific results. HB Tickets AB is not responsible for typographical errors, inaccurate notes, tickets that are mislabelled or other errors by suppliers who post tickets for sale on our website. Information on this website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Please notify us if you discover any such instance. If we discover this type of error before we confirm your order then we will notify you that your order was not confirmed. The seating chart on our website is included as a convenience and is shown to provide a general view of the venue in accordance with the information we have received, which may or may not be accurate. It is your responsibility to confirm the exact location in the venue of the tickets we offer. HB Tickets AB reserves the right to make changes without notice, to modify, suspend or terminate operation of this site or full or partial access thereto without notice and for any reason.

11. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranty

HB Tickets AB's sole obligation or liability for undelivered tickets or any other ticket problems is limited to the HB Tickets AB Guarantee, which is our 100% money-back guarantee to you, the person who bought the tickets. HB Tickets AB is not responsible for providing reimbursement to anyone for travel, lodging, or other expenses under any circumstances unless those items are specifically included as part of a package that is purchased from HB Tickets AB. HB Tickets AB provides its website and service on an “as is” and “as available” basis and disclaims all warranties of any kind, statutory, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, non infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. HB Tickets AB further disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions or conducts of any third parties in connection with or related to your use of this website or any of HB Tickets AB's services. Except where prohibited by law, HB Tickets AB will not be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, even if HB Tickets AB has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In the event HB Tickets AB is required to seek legal remedies to recover fees and / or resolve disputes with you, you agree that HB Tickets AB is entitled to recover all of its costs associated with such action, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and other costs. You agree to indemnify and hold HB Tickets AB and its shareholders, officers, directors, representatives, employees, agents, parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates harmless from any claims, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees and other costs) that are made against HB Tickets AB by any third party (including but not limited to any governmental or third party claim pertaining to federal, state, or local government tax obligations) in connection with, due to or arising out of your use of this site or any transaction with or related to HB Tickets AB. HB Tickets AB is not responsible for the actions of the crowd at your event. If someone is sitting in your seat when you arrive, it is your responsibility to ask them to move or ask an usher to seat you. HB Tickets AB is not responsible for any changes made at the venue including, but not limited to, seating arrangement, stage set-up, hospitality areas, or security checks which may delay your entrance to the event. If any cameras or audiovisual equipment obstruct the view from your seats, it is your responsibility to ask an usher to remove the obstruction or re-seat you.

CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE PROVISIONS: You acknowledge and agree that all matters relating to your use of this website or your transaction (s) with HB Tickets AB will be governed by the laws of Sweden, and you agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in Sweden.

12. Website Usage & Disclaimer

Aside from our listed official sponsorships, we are not affiliated with nor endorsed by any of the artists, teams, venues or organizations listed on this website. HB Tickets AB may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and your use of this site will be conditioned upon the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of your use. When you use our website to request tickets, it signifies your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
